Training

Self-Defence Classes in Auckland: What will training sessions involve?

As the Children are so young, we mainly focus on the straightforward aspects of the art of karate-do, which begins with simple rules of discipline, encouraging the children to focus on their tasks. The lessons will be mainly on listening and coordination games, during which we encourage the children to learn how to work as part of a team.

We also include circuit training to develop necessary motor skills and improve strength, speed, flexibility, fitness and coordination.
