Delivery TimeframesĀ
Delivery timeframes are usually within a couple of days once recieved by the courier company. Please note that although the parcels are sent as overnight delivery this is only applies to deliveries within the same city and as I am based in Otautahi, Christchurch they will usually take a extra couple of days to be recieved.
Parcels lost while being shipped
if a parcel is lost while being shipped I will replace your order and sort everything out with Go Sweet SpotĀ directly.
Parcels Missing after delivery is confirmedĀ
I will work with Go Sweet Spot to confirm delivery has been made to the correct address.
Generally Go Sweet Spot Ā cosider their contract to ship items compete once the parcel has been delivered. SoĀ if a parcel goes missing after delivery it is an issue of theft to be reported to the police and claimed on the customers contents insurance.Ā
As a small business I am not in a position to fully cover the replacement costs, however I also do not want to put this fully onto the customer either.
In this situation myĀ policy is to do a 50/50 split between me and the customer to cover the replacement of items and courier fees (this may include + signature on reciept of parcel or sending to a new shipping address)Ā
